Abraham McBride, LMT.

I specialize in chronic injury and trauma work. In 2010 I started training parkour and through that practice I developed an extensive understanding of healthy human biomechanics. In 2012 I began coaching professionally at Parkour Visions. During the six years I worked there I trained extensively in injury prevention and rehabilitation. I came to understand the human body’s innate ability to heal. This inspired me to start a career helping people recover from chronic injuries. Since completing massage school in 2017 I have taken a 100-hour course on joints and their function from Lynda Caesara in Berkeley CA based on techniques developed by Lauren Berry. This gave me in-depth knowledge for the treatment of joint injuries. I have also completed a 2-year long human energetics class taught by Jesse Goldmark and am focused on learning as much as I can about healing trauma stored in the physical body. I believe the body can heal from almost any injury; it is just a matter of removing the physical, emotional, and traumatic blocks from the body’s natural healing process.
