My Maple Leaf practice: is located at 9500 Roosevelt Way NE , Suite 212. There is off-street parking, and the King County Metro Route 67 stops directly out front. The building has an elevator as well as stairs to come up to the second floor. Suite 212 is just off to the left when you get to the second floor.
