Tendon and ligament strengthening video:

I highly recommend watching this to anyone who is interested in strengthening their tendons or ligaments. The same principles in this video could be applied to regions of the body other than the hands. Increased ligament and tendon strength goes a long way in preventing and recovering from injuries.
