It is my goal to help you reclaim your life and live free from pain and discomfort. Each client’s situation and needs are different. I work with you to come up with the healing plan that will be most effective for your available time and money. The process of healing can take time. In the beginning I try to see a newer client once a week or twice a month depending on the severity and urgency of your issue. After we achieve some relief and your concerns are not as pressing I work with you again to find the right balance for your continued treatment. After the original concern has healed I recommend scheduling occasional appointments to help prevent new issues or injuries from becoming chronic.

Follow up appointment are currently $120 if prepaid or paid at time of service.

I do not accept any insurance however at your request I can provide a Super Bill that can be submitted to your insurance. Clients will need to check with their insurance to see what portion of services are covered for out-of-network benefits. If knowing what your insurance will cover impacts whether you’d pursue therapy with me, please call your insurance company before booking with me to learn about your out-of-pocket expenses. Usually insurance companies are more likely to cover massage therapy with a prescription and diagnosis code. You can obtain this from your GP. Some insurance companies require records or treatment notes before payment (especially PIP). I can send those records at your insurance’s official request. I bill your insurance $28 per records request.
